If this happens it will be a sorry day for sports car racing. I go to Long Beach ( Sat. only ) and Laguna Seca, but if ALMS goes away I will not go to anymore Sports Car races, unless LMS does something over here.
Champ Car and IRL needed to get back together, but I think the Panoz would have the better way to go.
To have the major forms of racing in the US as Nascrap, DP, and IRL it will be a sad day in American Motor Sports

They must have been playing a replay of the Rolex 24 at Daytona when you met up with A.C. this week. It is on in the background in the Hooter’s photo. I guess that makes me gay for noticing that part of the photo.

If I read the Bear right, there will be no more LMP’s. IF that is the case, then they can run the races without me. To not run Road Atlanta? Please! The hallowed circuit that had the Porsche 917′s, Shadow’s, Jag’s, Mercedes, Lola, March, Audi, Pugs, Vettes and more? The drivers and teams?

Nope…not my idea of racing. Have fun Nascar but not on my nickle.

Geez, that must also include Mosport, well there will more drinking

once those DP cars show up, or maybe the crowds will just throw up !

On the other hand, the grids will fatten up.
